Pretty relaxed environment, not a stressful workflow, Franchisee is a great person.

Cons

Front desk staff/management is toxic if you don't fit into their box. Pay sucks and hours suck.

Great team to work with, nice benefit of free massages

Cons

Owners are always afraid of being sued so you don’t have a lot of autonomy to make the right decisions for your staff, a lot of drama, terrible work life balance
