      Pros

      The friendly environment, supportive managers, the fun, the healthy competition and the work pressure are the few reasons why I like to be associated with Mastech. I have enjoyed every bit of it.

      Cons

      Performance is measured in numbers. May be a change in mind set and consideration of efforts would make a lot of difference.
