I could find many cons. I've applied for a developer position and I was given the position of support engineer position at the client side. I've worked for 1.5 years and didn't get in contact with the Manager for atleast once. Your life would be a roller coaster, please don't be surprised if you get a call next day saying that you're laid off from that day itself. Not a good place to work. The company treats you as a resource but not as an employee.

out of the gate I was asked if I was willing to relocate and once answering no, the call was disconnected.
