1. Absolutely pathetic US sales. They have never focused on bringing new business & want to sit on their existing book of consultants. Major reason for staffing division’s recent struggles. 2. Clueless management that seems to only blame delivery team even though the real issue is lack of business & new requirements from clients. Very minimal action taken on sales but Recruitment delivery side is always the first one in line of fire. 3. No appraisals for the past 2 years. 4. Demotivated employees fearing job stability. 5. No performance dinners, quarterly parties, annual parties anymore. 6. Poor incentive structure
