Great company to learn work. One of the few companies in the US IT staffing industry that is known for its quality of service to clients and candidates alike. Strong procedural functioning which is helpful. Excellent interface between India and Us teams.

Cons

Can work towards laying down conflict management protocol for business.

Great Company for Exponential Growth

Mastech Digital is a very highly rewarding company and appreciates one's hard work and loyalty with the company. I joined Mastech Digital 4 years back and under my Directors' guidance , I have progressed to being a Team Lead in about 3 years. Under her training and the fact that she allowed me to work with freedom gave me confidence to believe in me and achieve success. The interaction with higher management is good and they are very accommodating and the management is open to hearing new ideas and positive criticism. Great work ethics. Good people to work with. Encouraging and Positive Environment. Payment on Time.

Cons

Nothing much I can think of- Definitely needs to improve food quality.

You'll definitely find good infra, and other basic amenities, pay on time

Cons

1-It's more of school/training center where the management usually expect placement from an individual asap as soon as someone completes the training part, no matter what if he/she is able to put a proper Boolean string or not. 2-Favoritism is something which ruined out the momentum & others get demotivate bcz of that. 3-There is a very particular format in CRM channel, nothing to explore as an individual to get new things. 4-Similar way to deal with everyone either a fresher or a experience candidate 5-Overtime is something which is really horrible & i was not able to get the actual reason behind this apart from leading recruiters to negativity, and high cost to the company with minimal results.
