      Pros

      Availability of various projects in many technologies. Facility to be cross trained in different technologies. Various facilities for employee like cafeterias, gym, transport etc.

      Cons

      Low salary for freshers. Strict timing and dress code.

      No wastage of time with sprint retrospective meetings cut off.

      Cons

      It is tough to get promotion inspite of working hard. Someone else gets promoted.
