      Don't see difference between contract and Full-tim

      Pay on time; take care of immigration

      Cons

      I see no benefits. Unaffordable health plan and minimum paid leaves. They don't offet moving allowance or cover lease break fee. How is it full-time?

      Great Work Place for Innovative Minds

      Pros

      It is been great work place and thoroughly enjoyed the learning and opportunities in terms challenging engagements. I see good investment and focus on technical and behavioral training's. I loved the leadership training's in Mastech.

      Cons

      Companies will have challenges but I see feedback's are taken with utmost serious and we can see actions on the same.
