      Pros

      Professionalism is widespread at Mastech Digital. The leaders have been chosen carefully and know what they’re doing in their respective fields. And amazingly, although leaders represent different divisions within the organization, the work of the company as a whole is so well synchronized, that you can come in every day and know exactly what you have to do with the utmost clarity. This is great for someone like me, who doesn’t like sitting idle but rather, being utilized to my full potential.

      Cons

      Can’t say I have any. I would like more opportunities to interact with associates outside of work, however, in company-sponsored events.

      Worst Company to work, false promises

      -Gives salary on time .

      Cons

      - Never stands on promises - Provides incorrect information, though you are a full time you salary decreases based on new project - No Transparency in rate

      Pros

      Very good immigration team. Works with most of the vendors. Regular Staffing firm, decent benefits, decent pay.

      Cons

      Does not have a lot of clients. If project is done, need to find project on own. Very less bench period.

Yes, there are instances when projects come to an end and the field associate is not aligned with what is available. Then Mastech Digital will part ways as a responsible employer.
