      The staff was incredible to work with and answered all my questions. I would love to work for them again.

      Cons

      I didn't have any cons with this organization. I wish I could of stayed on another position with them. Maybe in the future.

      Pros

      Amazing directors & bosses. Super cool & fun to work with. Mr. Gaurav Verma is one of them. Young & versatile with a positive approach. Trust me you will love working with him (in case you get a chance to work with him directly and not the managers). Apart from this the standards of the company are great. You will find disciplined employees.

      Cons

      Some self proclaimed motivational speakers are managers out there who think they are the best in the world. To be honest they are not even worthy to be a Team lead, forget about a manager of one of your most crucial team. Such managers make your life hell, keep pointing out on your number of submission, your break time and what not!! This is why you would be lucky if you get to work with the Director directly. these managers will not even give you a day off in the winter months when you are suffering from fever. How irritated will an employee be thinking is it a job or slavery?

      Met with a Great Leader and Mentor in Mastech !!!!

      The best thing happened to me is i met with this exceptional leader and mentor: Sameer Srivastava-SVP Alliance channel. He is a great leader and leads by example. Just because of him i am seeing exponential personal and professional growth in my life and became a better version of myself. He understanding about this business is above anyone i have met till now in the industry. Good Working environment Infrastructure Friendly people Best training in industry about H1B and GC Salary on last working day of month(when almost all companies are paying on 7th or 10th working day in industry)
