      1. Very friendly and approachable recruitment team. They were always available to answer our queries. 2. Best immigration team I have ever worked with. They are very thorough in their work and and were very responsive to our queries 3. Pays pretty well as per industry standards 4. Great immigration policies

      1. Very short bench period which at times can put someone at risk of losing job and the visa status

      Pros

      I have been a field employee of the company for many years. The positive improvements I have seen in the last 12 months are quite impressive - from rebranding of the company as 'Mastech Digital', bringing in focus on digital technologies, calling employees 'associates', treating them with respect & care improving health benefits and significant improvement in two-way communication between the leadership and associates.

      Would like to see Mastech Digital executing complete projects - going beyond staffing
