      Idiotic Management

      Pros

      Average growth and perks. Not many pros but tjere would be if they implement some changes.

      Cons

      Stupid management. Builds unnecessary pressure. TL's and Managers ask employees not to take alloted breaks sometimes don't even let the employees eat (main meal). Poor management of employees, way of talking is not at all nice or professional. This organization needs a change, a big and good one but soon enougj or they'll lose good employees.

      Good place to work at but not good benefits

      Pros

      Good work environment and great immigration team. New technologies coming to enhance the company value and employee skills

      Cons

      Benefits are not great. No matching 401k plan and fewer holidays compared to any other company

      Dear Associate, Thank you for your feedback. Our Immigration Team thank you for the kind words. They are very diligent about their work and we are a better company because of them. Our benefits are reevaluated every year so that we can offer the best package we can to our associates. We have found that our benefit package is very comparable to our competitors in this space. A matching 401k is in the works but we do know that the funds that we offer are very attractive!
