Employee Engagement has been a focus of ours and we have implemented a few things to improve our interactions. A few of those items are: A quarterly "All Hands Meeting" conference call to discuss the performance and direction of the organization, Bits n Bytes newsletter that we also send out four times a year to share everything from anniversaries, events, and new initiatives. One of our most popular event's is our quarterly Associate Appreciation event's where we invite our field associates out for a evening with management to get to know everyone .
