All of our back office associates strive to go above and beyond. Thank you for the compliments, it's always nice to be appreciated. Employee retention is very important us. When we know that a project is coming to a close we initiate a re-marketing initiative to help the associate land another project as early as 30 days out. Many times we are able to redeploy the associate and unfortunately there are times that it doesn't work out. Client visit's are a critical part of our relationships and it is a part of how we conduct business. We would like to learn more about your experience.
