      Pros

      Professionalism is widespread at Mastech Digital. The leaders have been chosen carefully and know what they’re doing in their respective fields. And amazingly, although leaders represent different divisions within the organization, the work of the company as a whole is so well synchronized, that you can come in every day and know exactly what you have to do with the utmost clarity. This is great for someone like me, who doesn’t like sitting idle but rather, being utilized to my full potential.

      Cons

      Can’t say I have any. I would like more opportunities to interact with associates outside of work, however, in company-sponsored events.

      I worked at Mastech in 2013 and after I left the job, I wanted to get in touch with them regarding my PF withdrawal. I got in touch with HR Shishir from the HR department and he guided me through the process so efficiently that I am still a part of the company. A great cheers to the HR team for helping me out even after I left the company. Highly professional individuals with great work ethics..loved working here.
