      About Mastech Inc only ( ** not iGate Mastech Inc ***)

      Pros

      1) Very good legal team. They take care of all Immigration issues. 2) Salaray is in time as long as you are in project or at client site. 3) Medical Benefits used to be one among the best when Mastech was part of iGate. But still OK benefits after spun off from iGate.

      Cons

      1) No salary reviews. 2) Worst HR team I have ever seen in my carrer. 3) No career growth or technical advancement. 4) After spun off from iGate, benefits are decreasing year by year. 5) No employer contribution for 401k plan.

      This company good first time when you are in project. Once project is complete they will show true color

      Pros

      Salary pay on time. Documents will send on time

      Cons

      No single direct client. Always middle layer. Mostly with TEKSystem. TEK and Mastech will take 50% of billing what ever client pays Fire immediately when you are in bench. No matter how long you worked Worst sales team I ever seen. I am sure If you bargain with vendor you can get more rates than sales team bargained Even when you get new project with new Vendor mostly this contract will not work. since mastech reject contract if Vendor pays after 30days. This is the case mostly. First getting project soon is very tough but you have to face all the difficulties of Vendor contracts. Not understanding what is their business model company looks good first time when you are in project. Once project is complete they will show true color Immigration team sucks
