Pros

It has a good network in all major cities and can place you to any client as a direct contractor or subcontractor. It is good for H1B visa holders. The immigration department is good.

Cons

No salary increments after you join the company.

Pros

Good compensation compared to my previous Consulting job. No overhead of status reporting to HR or other people at the company about my work.

Cons

No holidays/Leaves/Sick days in the first six months of employment. Leaves after the first six months are not sufficient. Health insurance offered for single employees is not cost effective compared to whats available at the marketplace.
