No Project Security for contractors through Teksystems.- when I was already serving my notice, It's just said apologies to me because of it's client breakthrough for a agreed project. Yes, it's tried for a new project for me. But it took time

Can't think of any. Really it is the worse company in Noida.

Cons

Hire and Fire policy, extended hours, Managers/Directors have no understanding of the market and can hardly manage employees. Zero job satisfaction among current employees. Zero focus on employee development. Micro management.

Pure staffing company Lot of companies considers Mastech as preferred vendor

Cons

Treats consultants as work horses or Money making machine No Transparency or education for the different processes Doesn't help consultants to grow their careers Unless the contract is not getting over they don't even attend consultants' phone calls worst benefits and health coverage is hugely expensive for first year of employment with them $1600/month for employee spouse and child (family)
