      Dear Field Associate, Thank you for taking the time to provide us your feedback. It's in the best interest of both parties to keep associates working. We start a remarking initiative when any associate's contract is thirty days out from completion. Many time's we are successful in transitioning our associates to a new opportuity and unfortunately sometimes things dont work out.

      Once the project is over you only have 15 days to get a new one or else you are out of the company

Mastech Digital does initiate a remarketing effort 30 days before a contract ends. It's in the best interest of both parties to keep an associate working. Many times we are successful in finding the associate a new contract and unfortunately there are times where it does not work out even with our best efforts. Thank you for your service.
