Like any other IT staffing company... Transparent policies... Good with immigration services... Very clear on benefits... Overall not bad to work for...

Cons

Benefits not so good... Not much vacation days only 10 days per year and only 6 days holidays per year...

Pros

They have a very good track record of filing H1b & Green cards. Strong immigration. They Pay on time (Every 2 weeks). They follow the laws so no unnecessary deductions from your paycheck. Big and stable company Transparency They have a strong marketing team. Were able to find me projects in just a week on more than 1 occasion.

Cons

They should conduct regular training sessions for their consultants to improve their technical skills.

On line training courses for all of our associates has been a top of discussion. We have implemented Field Associate Event's where we host a dinner with our associates to engage and answer questions. Pros

Good health care benefits. Salary in time. Immigration department prompt in answering questions and knows well what should be done to get things moving.

Cons

Need to deal with people ( all work from home account managers from India) with little professionalism. Wait days to get feed back from these people. Payment is very less, always accept the job with best salary otherwise no raise, no bonus. No help from Mastech in finding projects though they vouch on it, but eager to eat away your money. Many well known firms are not ready to do business with Mastech.
