Pay is decent. Coworkers are great.

Cons

Micro managing, no work-life balance, lots of favoritism. They made people download an app to track when people were in the building and reviewed everyone’s badge swipes for comparison.

There is a noticeable culture of micromanagement and a sense of exclusion, where employees not in the leadership’s inner circle may experience a lack of support and undue pressure.
