Pros

Paychecks didn't bounce and I got paid weekly

Cons

This company hasn't changed its business model in over thirty years. As a result, there is no career advancement and working there should only be for those who've surrendered their final ounce of ambition. For at least three decades, the company has clung to selling the same products mostly through the same network of sales agents. Their website is riddled with embarrassing typos and outdated information such as incorrect inventory levels or prices. It's tiresome for me everyday to apologize to customers why we will not fulfill their order and honor the online price despite already swiping their credit cards. 80% of my day is spent using their computer system WindX which has no graphic interface and where you have to memorize countless keystrokes and function keys. Does anybody even care about bringing the company into the modern age? For decoration, they have an old school analog Vegas slot machine on the floor -- and I've always found it befitting for a company that refuses to modernize.
