      Company has been around for 2+ years and the products have a great reputation. People are good to work with. Pay and benefits are good company is willing to invest in safety and cost savings projects

      Cons

      Old company has old equipment, lots to repair and replace. Plant is not in the best neighborhood, but no real issues.
