Great culture and work life balance. They respect your out of work life.

Cons

Master Lock is owned by Fortune Brands, which owns a lot of other companies. The structure was always changing so your points of contact always changed out of the blue.

Great entry level job to kick start career. Vacation time, benefits and pay are adequate to industry standards.

Cons

Culture and moral is lacking. A lot of turnover this past year. End up doing multiple tasks that shouldn’t be your job. Management is oblivious and doesn’t take the time to understand problems.
