Good pay for easy work and if a job gets to hard you can call someone to come help you or tell you what you need to do, good employee support system. Company is willing to train if you have the right mind set and work ethic. Will help to send you to school for plumbing.
Cons
Dealing with some customers that are upset that they have a plumbing problem and that they have to pay to fix it.
