management have no type of empathy or interpersonal skills when dealing with employees work 10+ hours a day and sometimes Friday when supposed to be off. Little to no room for growth within the company. Raises are a joke. No bonuses. The harder you work the worse you get treated. Alot of favoritism. Product is of poor qualiy, machines are of poor quality, New employees are poorly trained and have to learn multiple jobs due to being short staffed. Just a hot mess.
