Benefits are pretty good. Decent insurance and PTO is very generous.

Cons

High turnover rate. If you have a pulse, they’ll hire you. Pretty much the only prerequisite you need. Most of your coworkers are busybodies and the rest are just plain ignorant. Expect to have to constantly repeat yourself because the people they hire have no common sense or problem solving skills. The pay needs a huge bump. They do not pay anywhere near what similar industries pay. They lose a lot of their employees due to low pay.

Remote - work from home good pay

Cons

Work is either slow or super busy. When busy it can be rather stressful. Little to no backup for when you use PTO. Making it stressful to use PTO. Manager wasn't easy to reach when you needed help or had a question.
