Good benefits, steady paycheck, holiday pay, PTO, 5% match on 401k.

Cons

Feed you a fairy tail to make you work there. Management does not have a clue on how machines work. All people are not held accountable the same. HR does not help with anything, just hands out cards to call a number. Calling is the most complicated process.
