It's a job and it's a paycheck.

Cons

Pay, raise is usually only 2% max is 3% (won't notice the raise once it hits) no one gets 3%. Lack of communication, gaslighting, no opportunity for growth unless you're wanting to relocate. Work life balance is nonexistent. If you have a dependent, just keep looking elsewhere. If you speak up about a something you see may become an issue it will be ignored until after it's an issue. No breaks during work hours.
