Competitive pay in a tough market, great benefits, and programs for good work/life balance (company sponsored fitness groups, we get 1 hour a week of paid time for exercise).

Cons

MasterControl has grown very rapidly over the past couple of years and is still figuring out how to function as a larger organization.
