Developing and maintaining an amazing company culture is a top-level priority for us - in fact, building exceptional teams with an exceptional culture is one of our core values. We would be interested to hear your thoughts on what you specifically felt was 90's culture (aside from our Fresh Prince-themed employee event last year (pre-Covid)).
Regarding the vacation time, our standard is always 3+ weeks PTO as well as a floating holiday and 8 paid holidays off. We also conduct ongoing research to ensure our compensation packages are well within the industry standard, but we are open to talk to you about it at any time.
