Leadership seems to have a hard time communicating. They’ll change expectations and act like you should’ve known all along.

Very employee friendly company. Lots of benefits, perks, activities, swag. Great people working here. Great executive team.

Cons

Customer base is an up and down industry (life sciences). Lots of layoffs over the last 2 years.
