Pros

I've been in Mastercard for 3 years now and I can say that it has been the best decision I took. Working at Mastercard has given me a broader view of how things work in a Company globally and it also gave me the opportunity to experience working abroad in Asia in a short term assignment. It is a Company focused on employees which promotes global mobility.

Cons

Probably the only con I can think of is that as it is a Global Company, sometimes assume every product applies for every market without considering the local requirements of the market.

Pros

Work life balance, and the interactive culture. Easy access to executives and decreasing bureaucracy with time. MasteCard does well by doing good, and you truly feel a part of the company and not just a statistic.

Cons

Even though the benefits are great on paper like maternity leave and parental leave, sometimes managers and coworkers look down on you if you actually take all days off for maternity/ parental leave.

small company with big brand name. many opportunities to get involved in different projects and learn new stuff. close relationship between employees.

Cons

no obvious cons. one thing could be too many internal policies or work flows to follow, which may slow down the work pace.
