Pros

The pay and benefits are excellent. Additionally the Company promotes education and career development classes. In a down economy, MasterCard's stock is outperforming the market and there are no wage freezes or salary cuts.

Cons

Depending upon your individual department's management, the working environment could be hell. Long hours, lack of recogntion, top heavy structure and incompetence at the top. Be prepared to work 14 hour days, at least six days a week, and face time is very important. Meetings take your entire day, so your work must be done after 5PM.

Pros

Its a good organization, no pressure, good salary, great work life balance

Cons

I joined the Identity department, its the worst ever. No strategy, so called leaders keep changing their own decisions every 6 months to save their jobs. Coworkers were good. There is a Product Marketing team or engagement within Identity, their so called leader and entire seattle team is non-inclusive and racist, very bad experience
