Pros
APT provides every employee with the opportunity to get involved in so many different things, regardless of their seniority. Since joining APT, I have been involved in developing new analytics, worked with many different engineering teams, learned how to use a ton of new software products & helped out with recruiting. At APT, there is always plenty to do, and involvement is encouraged for every employee from interns to SVPs.
Cons
There are definitely times when it is hard to maintain an "ideal" work/life balance. APT definitely does not subscribe to a typical 9-5 workday, but the fact that everyone really enjoys what they are working on and the people they are working with, results in this being not as much of a con as it might be in other work environments.
