      Pros

      Great place to work, intellectually stimulating work, world class clients, amazing benefits. Firm feedback is taken very seriously and listened to in an effort to retain a top notch culture.

      Cons

      In a rapidly growing environment, there are associated growing pains such as the need for more space and more people quickier than realistically possible. That said, management seems to throw every possible resource to get employees the support they need.

      Great culture, smart and friendly colleagues, exciting growth opportunities post MasterCard acquisition, flat hierarchy, accessible senior management, interesting and challenging problems, lot's of learning

      Cons

      Hours can get long, company becoming more bureaucratic and less entrepreneurial, client facing work can be frustrating and challenging at times, consultants's work & life balance less respected/protected that that of engineers

      Not all intern managers are fully prepared with a project to last the entire summer, but still a great experience
