MasterCard is a truly phenomenal place to work! From the start of the hiring process my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The interview and onboarding phases were friendly and communication was great (largely due to the efforts of my recruiter Ania Przechodzka). The company culture is unlike any place that I have worked before. MasterCard is extremely employee oriented and family friendly. As a result, employees are generally happy and very positive. Compensation is generous, the benefits are great, and attire is casual. Management is remarkably supportive and understanding. There is nothing that I desire from my employer that MasterCard does not currently give to me. I feel 100% supported in my role and truly believe that the company has provided me everything that I need to succeed. My favorite aspect of my career is how smart the company culture is at MasterCard. The people with whom I work are extremely intelligent and capable.
