Mastercard Vadodara hub is spoiling the Mastercard image and brand. Management is not at all supportive for the candidates joining from outside, no recognition and appreciation of the work done. Very political typical gujju culture where only local people can survive and grow. Managers are really biased and personal relationships are given importance at the work place. Very immature and unprofessional work culture. I left the company only because of the manager I was working under. He was a big diplomat who didn't have the courage to speak on the face.
