      Pros

      Fulfilling work, terrific clients to work with. The ability to form really good relationships. Satisfaction of offering training to people to upgrade their financial skills. Great teamwork.

      Leadership is strong in many key areas, but lacking in 1 or 2 key areas that may make the difference

      decent pay and benefits work can be interesting generally supports good work/life balance good internal training opportunities with Mastercard university

      large bureaucracy and overhead increases costs and create too much paperwork no career growth or promotional opportunities poor management politics rather than performance determines success

      interesting people; knowledge of industry is prevalent; good benefits including on-site services - gym, hair salon, manicurist, good cafeteria

      Cons

      management doesn't manage change well within the upper levels of management; huge gap in connection with consumer; lack of influx of younger more "connected" generation inhibits growth; lots of meetings that prevent work; more than 10 hour work shifts and life/work balance is only supported if your manager thinks so. located in the middle of nowhere, so if you dont have a car - you are stuck there all day and will use the resources. tendency for people to eat at their desks.
