Great company for taking charge of your own career path. There are many opportunities to develop different skill sets. Even more so if you are mobile. If you enjoy working with people from many different cultures and like making a difference, Mastercard is a great company to work with. I consider myself very fortunate to have ended up there.

Cons

Taking an assignment is not without risk, as there are no guarantees for your next role when your assignment ends.
