Pros

You could easily work here for the rest of your life. Some teams are fast paced. Most are slow paced. You will receive tickets at a regular pace.

Cons

I, personally, wasn't challenged. My skills stagnated. The work-life was 'too balanced".

Pros

Amazing PTO policy and a very competitive 401k program.

Cons

There appears to be an imbalance in how opportunities, visibility, and recognition are distributed across the team. Communication and decision-making often happen within smaller informal groups, which can unintentionally favor certain employees. This has led to perceptions of inconsistent evaluation criteria and limited transparency in assignments and career growth.
