Supportive, positively challenging, great people, really interesting work and an exceptionally fair approach through great leadership. Very surprised at how good the company is, I wish I'd joined a decade ago!

Cons

A little overly automated on HR and management systems, politics in a large company is never great, but to be fait its not as bad as other large corporations I've worked for.
