Pros

Manageable work life balance, the people are generally friendly and understanding. The benefits, base salary are good for the geographic region.

Cons

There should be LTI packages for Directors and up at the hiring event. Many public tech companies are immediately giving RSU packages to all or most new hires. This creates a barrier for bringing in talent where Year 1 is a significant pay drop even with the promise of potential LTI incentives after year 1. The company moves slow internally due to regulatory concerns and many employees have long tenure so you have to battle the "this is the way it's always been done" mentality.

Pros

Very professional and collaborative work culture Truly global company with strong connections and collaboration across regions Strong culture of respect; employees are valued and treated well Genuine focus on employee wellbeing and work‑life balance Great opportunities for career growth, learning, and internal mobility Competitive compensation, strong bonuses, and excellent benefits

Cons

Long working hours at times, with a need to be flexible to support global teams across multiple time zones Fast‑paced environment with strong competition, which can feel demanding Operating in a highly regulated industry can add complexity and slow decision‑making Navigating regulatory requirements and compliance obligations can be challenging
