      1. WFH facility 2. Good Leave policy

      Cons

      No work life balance Do not join in SRC project Employee life sucks here, need to work more than 14 hours daily and managers are careless about employees life work balance. Poor management for employees work load If you want to make your life suck then only join this. Not feeling like product base organisation work culture is typical service based company.
