Pros
- Young, vibrant culture - Optimal team size to do agile development. - Potential to branch off into self-guided projects/IM time - Flexible work hours - Plenty of opportunities for social events with colleagues, sponsored by the company - Growing rapidly in size but still trying (and succeeding) in maintain the "everyone knows everyone vibe"
Cons
- Predominantly "right out of college" crowd, so the perspective of the "experienced engineer from outside APT" is distinctly lacking. - (Relatively) small pool of internal resources so service tickets might get lost in the noise
