Don't work here

Pros

You will make good money here when you work sixty hours a week.

Cons

Horrible supervision, massive amounts of overtime, run by HR, ownership has no clue what goes on in the plant, and you will be treated like dirt. Insurance is very expensive here.

Pros

You meet some nice people and the pay is okay.

Cons

If you are not a favorite you will get treated like absolute garbage. You will get bullied by the people who don't like you and HR doesn't give a crap.
