Thank you for sharing your feedback! We’re glad to hear that you appreciate the annual pay raises. We also understand that in this field the workload can feel demanding and performance based pay isn't universal in education. However, we feel that great performance warrants great pay increases - and we're grateful that you've been able to benefit from this! We continuously evaluate our systems to ensure staff feel supported and rewarded for their hard work. If you’d like to share more about your experience or ideas for improvement, please reach out to recruitment@masterycharter.org.

Pros

Making a difference in children lives and plenty of time off. Fair compensation considering the industry.

Cons

Smaller org so the there are limited opportunities to move up, though there are still opportunities. Non profit so you may not make as much as you would in the private sector, but the rewards of time off and knowing you are working for more than share prices makes it more than worth it.
