worst culture I've ever worked in very toxic and negative. Everyone you talk to wants to quit, there is no recognition for employees, the Livonia facility is very dirty and you are treated like a second class citizen

Lawsuits run rampant, Place is not clean. Get everything in writing, Benefits are not good. No 401k match.

Advancement, but typically due to bad turnover.

Cons

No transparency, poor financial and budget planning, no RFP process, no formal project management on some major projects, top down only, not much two way dialogue, family owned and afraid as they should be of a union take over.
