Cons

Niche groups, high school all over again. Questionable business practices. Company is profit over people. Management is often built of 'friend' groups.

Unrealistic expectations, outdated ERPs, toxic culture, and knee jerk reactions from upper management plagues the workplace. Lots of unpaid overtime to get things done that aren’t even looked at. No flexibility for WFH.
