Bad office environment and management, not for professionals
Pros
Health insurance kind of cheap Free produce - but the conditions are not clean Promotions come with big pay bumps if you get one Resume filler if needed
Cons
-micromanagers run the gambit -police frequently on site - no pay for overtime hours worked - only six holidays and they do everything to not pay you for these holidays (New Years, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, thanksgiving day, Christmas Day) - to be paid for holiday you must be physically present and working that day - dangerous conditions and exposure to chemicals - hard to use your benefits like healthcare -reduces pay randomly after promising promotions -points system to terminate -lack of empathy to families and working single parents with sick children -401k match only given once a year the following year, if you even get it, and you have to be there longer than 6 years to get the match - profits go up but worker pay does not - less time off than most other companies in the Detroit area on average 8 days less - no raises at all if you make more than a certain amount - $80000 I believe - no cost of living / inflation adjustments or annual performance increases and when one is was given five years ago to me it was 1.5% with exceptional rating on review -no diversity and inclusion efforts at all and prejudicial comments made frequently
