-Toxic environment -Sales is almost 100% men, no diversity -Sharing your opinion is not valued but rather you can get in trouble for it -Overall sense of needing to just say 'yes' to anyone higher up, or you'll be in trouble -No team work, people will hoard their work, keep it secret as if you're going to take it from them.
